Worldwide News: “Inspite of Your Faults, GOD LOVES YOU!”

The Bible says, “[vs. 5] None eye pited thee…none eye have compassion upon thee but thou was cast out in the open field, to the loathing of thy person in the day that thou wast born. [vs. 6] And when I passed by thee, and saw thee polluted in thine own blood, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, LIVE; yea, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, LIVE.” (Ezekiel 16:5-6) Please read on,  “Inspite of Your Faults, GOD LOVES YOU!”

Do you think sin today is any different from sin in the Ancient of Days? No way! Sin is Sin no matter where it lives! The same dEVIL is roaming to and fro in the earth seeking whom he may devour. The devil (Lucifer) is as old as time and he is a fallen angel from heaven (by the way Lucifer was the most anointed cherub). One thing for sure, Lucifer can never be forgiven and/or restored to his former glory!

Unlike the fallen angels, Mankind has the right to salvation and restoration. We should seek the LORD JESUS because HE died on the Cross to reconcile us back to FATHER GOD. Through the blood of JESUS CHRIST, we are redeemed. Praise the Lord!

THE WORD says, “none eye pited thee…none eye have compassion upon thee…”

Now let’s talk about pity! When folk are down and out on luck, they need assistance. There is no question about this. Yet, the general public walks by and/or steps over the homeless. I’ve seen people laying down on the sidewalks and no body goes over to offer a meal or service to them! The police will question them because they may need a medical help.

If the homeless person is unbathed/raggedy, people generally cross the street because they are afraid to come close to homeless person. Maybe these upright citizens think bugs are going to jump out on them. Fewer and fewer shelter centers are available for the homeless and many of the homeless sleep in city parks. allies, and under bridges. Some of them will carefully approach people for hand-outs or food. Yet other homeless will warn people to back off and leave them alone! This is most unfortunate.

If you can stop at Starbucks for coffee and donuts, you can buy a latte coffee and sandwich for a homeless individual. As Christians, we should feed and clothe the poor unfortunate individuals. We should donate money to the churches and charitable organizations. I’m sure, many of you do this. This is what JESUS wants us to do as we follow HIM. We should have love one for another. If you don’t have pity for these individuals, something is wrong with you.

THE WORD says, “I passed by thee and saw thee polluted in thine own blood. I said unto thee LIVE.”

Don’t you know the LORD sees everything going on in our lives and HE never misses a beat. When the front door is closed and we retreat to our personal quarters, the real person comes out!

Take off the wig, hair piece and extensions, pull out the false teeth (set them in the jar), take off the padded buttocks in your jeans, take off the fake eye lashes, wipe off the make up, take off the fine rags, put the Coach hand bag in the closet, take off the expensive designer Polo shirts, sport shirts, T-shirts, and dress shirts, take off the expensive watches (Rolex, Patek Philippe, or Cartier), take off the fine jewelry and put all the stuff in the dresser drawer.

NOW the real YOU appears. Go over to the mirror and take a good look! Instead, put on some rags and smear your face with mud, you will look just like a homeless person. Go out to the streets to see if people will help you!

We too are polluted in our own blood, mess, sin, vanity, lust, selfishness, and desires just as the folks in the past. You don’t have to go outside of your residence to be filthy because filth lives inside your home. In fact its waiting for you when you walk through the front door. Folk are addicted to pornography, sex, violence, child molestation, fraud, stealing, lying, and every sort of devilment they can do.

YET THE LORD JESUS LOVES US AND HE IS WAITING TO FORGIVE US RIGHT NOW! When JESUS looks down from Heaven, HE sees our pollutions. Instead of ignoring or punishing us, HE passes through the land and takes pity on us. HE saves us, washes us, sanctifies us, turns us around, and sets our feet on solid ground. Thank you JESUS!

JESUS does not leave us alone but HE looks beyond our faults and sees our needs! Thank you JESUS!  Although none of us are perfect, we are covered under the Blood of JESUS CHRIST. Allow the LORD to have HIS perfect will in our lives. Let us never forget that we must allow the HOLY SPIRIT to purge us on a daily basis.  Remember, “IN SPITE OF YOUR FAULTS, GOD LOVES YOU!”

Have a Blessed Day!

The Bible says,

“There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but GOD is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.” (I Corinthians 10:13) Please read on, “RUNNING BUT YOU AIN’T GETTING FAR!”

Many of us are on a Christian highway and we’re doing the best we can – but we ain’t getting very far.

Why is that? It’s like going out of town to another state and Google takes you and through the woods to grandma’s house. Not long ago, I was driving out-of-state and I ended up on dark, spooky, two lane back roads. The roads were so rural, I was sure that a couple of hillbillies would block the road. My mind begin to race with crazy thoughts (i.e., what if my car breaks down…what if there is a road block…what if someone has a gun…what if someone tells me to turn around to go back the way I came…what if my phone coverage drops?)  There was no end to my madness!

You can’t help but to entertain madness because we see it on the television, pop art, music shows, sit-coms, posters, bill boards, on buses, trains, underground advertisements in subways, magazines, text messages, and on the Internet. Our thoughts are contaminated because we receive contaminated messages and mixed signals everyday!

Many people are double minded but GOD’s Word states, “A double minded man [woman] is unstable in all his [her] ways…”  (James 1:8) People are so uncertain that they can’t decide what to wear, when to wear it, where to take the family for dinner, whether to wash the car (Sunday mornings) or put on too tight jogging clothes (to impress the neighbor’s wife) as they walk the dog.

Simply, people cannot make up their minds. One minute they are in love but the next three days, they aren’t sure. During the night (after midnight shifting in the sheets), they are a sex machine but the next morning, they become Dr. Jekyll or Mrs. Hyde! They go into the bathroom to wash their face and they come out hollering “…where’s my towel…or…get out of my face…”  Six months into a relationship, they start seeing the ex-girlfriend or ex-boyfriend. Fifteen years later into a marriage, they decide their identity is uncertain and they don’t know who they are! Fifty years after being married to one woman or one man (and raising up kids and grandchildren), they decide to become Pimp Daddy or Hot Mama as they prowl thru Discos and/or sniff for new mates in drinking joints! You all know what I mean! These are unstable people!

As the Word states, “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man…”  There ain’t nothing new under the sun and whatever occurred in ancient history and throughout the ages, the same thangs are being repeated today!

If the Word is true, why are Christians making very little headway in their lives? We have fallen away from reading our Bibles and living as GOD commands us! We have compromised ourselves because we want to be politically correct and we are too modernized, too complacent, and too smart for our own good.

If temptations are common to all mankind (as stated in GOD’s Word), then, we should not feel singled out. We’ve got to get out of the mindset that we are the only ones being persecuted because the Bible states “…many are the afflictions of the righteous but GOD delivers them out of all…”  You ain’t by yourself!

You must realize that the unjust suffer, get sick, die, go bankrupt, get fired, feel depressed, and get frustrated. Also, they do well (sometimes better than the righteous) but that makes no never mind (because you shouldn’t be looking at how well they do).  Instead, keep your eyes on JESUS!

The only difference between the righteous and the unrighteous is “GOD delivers the righteous out of all his afflictions…” but He does not do it for the unjust – unless they are godly sorrowful! Oh yes! The righteous are on their way to Heaven but the unrighteous are on their way to Hell! [Mama use to tell me this all the time!)

Please be advised that temptation is not subject to race, color, gender, or financial ability because many folks (good and bad) are suffering. So, we are not the only ones to suffer as mankind has suffered throughout the Ages.  Many slaves, unlearned men/women, mentally ill persons, good and bad people have suffered as they had no rights, no money, no value, no freedom, no rights, and no privileges. Can you imagine? If you don’t believe me, please search the Internet for unhappy souls, slaves, native Indians, poor and rich families fallen to temptations and victimized.

What if somebody told you that you can’t take breaks or lunches? All hell would break loose and you’d record him/her on your cell phone, upload the video to the Worldwide Internet, contact Equal Opportunity, and sue the company! AMEN!

Why don’t we ask king David about his life because, he was always running for one reason or another:

(1) The same night David married king Saul’s daughter (Michal), the king planned to kill David. A terrible evil spirit possessed king Saul and his jealousy for David exceeded everything. So, David left his marital bed to flee from his father-in-law. (I Samuel 19:11-12)

(2) When David got to Nob City, the priest (Ahimelech) was afraid to meet with David because no dignitaries came to Nob City! So, David lied to the priest saying that the king sent him on a secret mission.  (I Samuel 21:1-2)

(3) David gathered mighty men and people (in despair) who naturally flocked to him. Now living in a cave called Adullam, David was living like a hermit and running from pillar to post.

(4) Still running for his life, David escaped to Achish (king of Gath). To request, political asylum.  David pretended to be a crazy or a madman just to get into the king’s presence, “…David let his spittle fall down upon his beard…” (I Samuel 21:13)

(5) David went to see the king Mizpeh of Moab to request permission to hide his parents for safety reasons and they were old.  So, David left his parents in Moab away from evil king Saul.  Yet, there was no safety for David who constantly moved around to protect his life and his followers.  Saul was steadily looking for David under every rock. (I Samuel 22:3-4)

(6) As the king of Jerusalem, David was still running for his life.  David’s own son (Absalom) opposed him and Absalom made himself look great in the eyes of the people. Once again, king David left Jerusalem to hide nearly two years from Absalom. During this time, Absalom reigned in Jerusalem and he took full charge of David’s concubines. (II Samuel Chapters 15-19)

I’m certain you all get the picture that frustrations and severe melt downs are not just your personal dilemmas. People everywhere (including great, great, great kings like David) have suffered!

If king David were alive today and teaching at Yale University, the classes would be sold out and there would be a Worldwide waiting list for the next thirty (30) years (of scholars, students, pastors, evangelists, missionaries, teachers, and curious others to take the course). Can You imagine?

Whatever is going on in your life and you are “RUNNING BUT YOU AIN’T GETTING FAR!”  I want you to start saying the following aloud, “I AIN’T WHERE I USE TO BE!”  Now keep on trucking!

Have a Blessed Day!

Worldwide News: “TIED UP IN KNOTS!”

The Bible says,

“[vs. 1] Fret not thyself because of evil doers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity.

[vs. 2] For they shall soon be cut down like the grass , and wither as the green herb.

[vs. 3] Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.

[vs. 4] Delight thyself also in the LORD and HE shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

[vs. 5] Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in HIM; and HE shall bring it to pass.

[vs. 6] And HE shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.

[vs. 7] Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for HIM; fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

[vs. 8] Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.

[vs. 9] For evildoers shall be cut off; but those that wait upon the LORD; they shall inherit the earth.

[vs. 10] For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be yea thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be.

[vs. 11] But the meek shall inherit the earth ; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.”  (Psalm 37:1-11)

When you are tied up in knots (mentally, physically emotionally, spiritually, and/or any other way) it’s hard to find your way out. Seemingly, the enemy has blocked every road of escape for you and there is nobody with a magical wand (like a sorcerer uses) to make your problems disappear. Exactly! But the reason your problems are not going away is simple – you are looking to magical explanations to wave them away. Really! Some of you are still carrying a rabbit’s foot on your key chain to bring you good luck. Some of you are seeking astrologists, soothsayers, and other devices to solve your problems. Yet, nothing is working out because there is only one person to help you – JESUS CHRIST!

Let’s look at king David’s Psalm 37:1-11: of king David again:

Fret not thyself – When we fret, we get nervous, sweat, cannot sleep at nights, eat too much or under eat (so that we look like skinny Minnie) cannot digest food, over drink, take synthetic drugs to function properly or whatever. Why are we fretting when JESUS said,   “All power is in His hands.”

If  “..the just shall live by faith and not by sight,”   then we’d better check ourselves (including Constance). Don’t lose focus. Instead, trust in the LORD GOD. Don’t trust in yourself because you do not have the power. We will never be able to fix our situations. Stop worrying and give all your burdens to the LORD!

They shall soon be cut down like the grass – After you stop fretting and give your problems completely to the LORD, the process begins. All of your enemies (one by one) will be soon cut down like the grass. I usually cut my lawn and its a time consuming process. The lawn mower is powerful and different levels can be set to cut down grass from high to low!

Look around, many of your enemies have been cut down, lost their positions as director, manager, supervisor, and/or co-worker. The enemy came against you but they did not succeed. If the LORD removed them, the LORD can fix any problem you encounter.

Trust in the LORD and do good – rather than set traps or dig ditches for your enemies, you’ve got to give them to the LORD and HE will render HIS vengeance on them but you must do good unto them.

Don’t start a whole bunch of mess (yelling and screaming) at your family members…don’t start talking about your co-workers and telling their business! Don’t roll your eyes at your supervisor or manager! Instead, take some donuts to work and/or give somebody flowers. This will make their eyes roll in their head! We all know they’ve been little demons to you, but you’ve got to show a Christ-like nature! If you do good, the LORD will deal with them in HIS own time. Now remember, don’t expect the LORD to knock out their teeth tomorrow but HE just may do it next week or the week after!

Delight thyself also in the LORD – this means to get happy glad in the LORD (never mind your problems). For example, your bills are due, you may be ill, someone in the family may be down on their luck, the job didn’t come through for you, or something else is troubling you and you cannot fix the problem (as there are too many conflicting issues).

LET GO and LET GOD! For this reason, we have a High Priest in the Heavens pleading for us before FATHER GOD! Get down on your knees and cry out unto Him. Sometimes, you have to get down on the floor and put your face into your pillow so others won’t hear you. Sometimes, you have to let the tears from your eyes pour out and the mucus run down from your nose. Sometimes, you have stop looking pretty and get real ugly because your situation merits all of the above.

Let me tell you something, the LORD GOD looks down from Heaven into your heart and HE hears you and HE sees your frustration and HE will deliver you out of all afflictions.

Commit thy way unto the LORD and HE shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light – In due season, the LORD will show your family, friends, co-workers, and the entire world the new you! The HOLY SPIRIT will dwell in you and around you. People will flock to you and/or be drawn unto you because they will find the peace of GOD dwelling within and upon you. All you have to do is surrender your will unto the LORD.

Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for HIM – Now you can sit down at the foot of the Cross and stay right there – patiently until the LORD comes to you. The more you rest in HIM, the more the HOLY SPIRIT dwells in you and the more powerful the SPIRIT OF CHRIST JESUS becomes in you.

What does this mean? As problems occur and reoccur, you will not be as surprised and you will be ready/equipped to handle every situation. Now, there will be times that surprise attacks catch you off guard but that’s alright. The dEVIL wants to knock you down to the ground but GET BACK UP! Remember, all power is given unto JESUS CHRIST and the HOLY SPIRIT now dwells in you. You have an advocate in the Heavens and HE is making intercession for you!

Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: – There are certain people who make you so angry that you may feel like jumping out-of-the window. PLEASE DON’T. Just write down their names on a piece of paper and stick it in the Bible on your “I don’t like list!”

As ugly, mean, and selfish as they may be, they belong to the LORD GOD because HE made them. Thus, they have a right to be here on the earth but they don’t have rights over you to make you miserable. They are unhappy people and they need salvation just like the rest of us. The only difference is they make it hard for others to live a happy and peaceful life. As the old saying goes, you can’t live with them and you can’t live without them. May the Lord have mercy on their souls. Well I won’t say any thing else about this subject.

For evildoers shall be cut off – Again, we have a guarantee that these evil doers will be cut off which means they will be disconnected from your life. This will happen in GOD’s timing – not yours. I realize, we want all of our enemies to stop and fly away but it will happen as the LORD decides to move them.

Sometimes, our enemies are there to help us to get closer to GOD. You remember Apostle Paul had a thorn in his flesh and he asked the LORD to move it. The LORD replied, “My grace is sufficient…”   We too (like Paul) must get to that point in our lives of trusting  in GOD’s grace .

The wicked shall not be – Again, we are assured that the wicked shall not be which not only means they will be cut off but they will be taken out of the picture. We will see them no more.  The LORD GOD drowned Pharaoh and his army in the Red Sea.

Look around at the enemies of your past. Where are they today? In fact, many of them have crossed over into another world. We pray and hope that they repented of their terrible deeds and they accepted the LORD JESUS as the Son of the Most High GOD!

But the meek shall inherit the earth – Who will inherit the earth? Certainly, not the powers that be, not Hollywood, and not the dEVIL. Instead the meek and all Christians who submit themselves unto the LORD JESUS will inherit the new earth!

Remember, you ain’t got to be, “TIED UP IN KNOTS!”

Have a Blessed Day!

Worldwide News: Part II: “GOD REMEMBERS!”

The Bible says,

“[vs. 1] And GOD remembered Noah and every living thing, and all the cattle that was with him in the ark; and GOD made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters asswaged.

[vs. 2] The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained.

[vs. 3] And the waters returned from off the earth continually: and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated.

[vs. 4] And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeen day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.”   (Genesis 8:1-4)

[vs.15-16] And GOD spake unto Noah, saying, Go forth of the ark, thou and thy wife, and thy sons, and, and thy sons’ wives with thee.

[vs.17] Bring forth with thee every living thing that is with thee, of all flesh, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth; that they may breed abundantly in the earth, and be fruitful, and multiply upon the earth.

[20] And Noah builded an altar unto the Lord; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.

[21] And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the Lord said in His heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man’s sake…” (Genesis 8:15-21) Please read this Blog, “GOD REMEMBERS!”

After approximately one year and seventeen days (read Genesis 8:13-14), Noah, his family, and all the inhabitants left the ark.

(A) You see, “GOD REMEMBERS” because HE is a rewarder to them who diligently serve HIM, “And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth.” (Genesis 9:1) There are no words to describe what Noah & his family felt as they disembarked. Finally, they stood on solid ground as they enjoyed the clean crisp air, sunshine, the moon, and starry nights. It must have been wonderful as there was no loud police sirens, guns blasting, cars running into one another, no terrorists (rapists or murderers), no CNN, no bad news on the television, no homeless people, no orphan children, no sickness, no dentists, no doctors, no medical clinics and hospitals!

(B) In addition, GOD gave Noah, his sons, and mankind (the latter in their absence – I might add) dominion over everything, “And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered.” (Genesis 9:2)

Like Noah, all Christians have everything to gain if we obey the LORD GOD, “Thus did Noah; according to all that GOD commanded him, so did he.” (Genesis 6:22)

Please take a minute to compare your life to the lives of Noah and his family who worked like dogs (probably from sun up to sun down) to collect the materials to build the ark. None of us can say that we work like Noah. Perhaps, some of us (including our ancestors) have worked in the hot sun, planted, dug ditches and/or died in the ditch, erected huts/homes/buildings/ships, harvested crops, stored bags of food, and looked after hundreds of animals, fowls of the air, and creepy crawlers but NONE OF US have worked over 100 years as our life span is barely 72 years – if we’re lucky.

Like you, I constantly complain as I work outdoors cutting the grass, planting grass, laying down concrete, sealing cracks, painting, looking after many things, and running errands! Whether or not the weather is hot or cold, I’ll look for something to complain about (even at picnics, I complain about biting flies). The dEVIL works on all of our nerves that’s why so many people drink heavy liquor, do drugs, or take tranquilizers. I refuse to let the enemy put me into that bag! But as I study the lives of Noah and his family, I’m ashamed of myself! How about you?

(C) Noah took the time to worship the LORD GOD, “And Noah builded an altar unto the Lord; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.” (Genesis 8:20) One of the greatest ways to get into the presence of the LORD GOD is through prayer and praise! Let’s ask Noah because he really had something to be thankful for as a flood survivor. God could have just saved Noah, his wife, and a few animals (minus the bugs) but God spared Noah’s entire family! Being grateful, Noah didn’t waste any time building an altar and sacrificing unto the Lord. Not only did Noah make haste, he used clean beasts and fowls, “And the Lord smelled a sweet savour…” (Genesis 8:20)

The LORD GOD wants us to worship in in good times and poor times as we are married to Him. There is nothing too hard for the LORD GOD to work out. If you learn anything from this lesson, its this phrase, “GOD REMEMBERS!”

Have a Blessed Day!

Worldwide News: Part I: “THE ARK OF SAFETY!”

The Bible says,

“[vs.13] And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

[vs.14] Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pit it within and without with pitch…

[vs. 18] BUT with thee will I establish My covenant; and thou shalt come into the ark, thou, and thy sons, and thy wife, and thy sons’ wives with thee.

[19] And of every living thing of all flesh, two of every sort shalt thou bring into the ark, to keep them alive with thee; they shall be male and female.

[20] Of fowls after their kind, and of cattle after their king, of every creeping thing of the earth after his kind, two of every sort shall come unto thee to keep them alive.

[21] And take thou unto thee of all food that is eaten, and thou shalt gather it to thee; and it shall be for food for thee, and for them.

[22] Thus did Noah; according to all that GOD commanded him, so did he.” (Genesis 6:13-22)

We all know the story of Noah’s Deluge and many movies have been made about it! In fact, the Story of Noah is one of my favorite movies. Aside from making millions and other egotistical challenges, great film makers have been moved to put many Biblical stories in panorama/spectacular details in cinemas worldwide for our eyes to behold. Many unbelivers have been brought to salvation just watching Biblical movies and one person passed away in a movie theater viewing the Passon of Christ!   Please read on, PART I: “THE ARK OF SAFETY IS IN CHRIST JESUS!”

Like it or not, God’s Will is being performed throughout the whole world. Truly, the LORD GOD is carrying out His Plan of Salvation in Matthew 28:19 [The Great Commission] “Go, ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always even unto the end of the world.”

What is my point?  Get into “THE ARK OF SAFETY!” You ain’t got to build a wooden boat or a bullet proof tank to hide in because you cannot hide from the LORD GOD!  Well now you may be asking where is the safe place? The answer is “THE ARK OF SAFETY IS IN CHRIST JESUS!

Whether you try to hide on another planet, satellite station in space, build a huge bunker beneath the earth, or enclose your house within a bullet/fire proof dome, you will not be able to hide from the LORD GOD!

Approximately over 100 years, Prophet Noah preached to folks who ranged from various ages from birth to 1,000 years of age. With exception to the little babies, the earth was filled with unrighteous people. They were ungrateful, unbelieving, savages, heathens, murderers, killers, adulterers, liars, cheaters, whoremongers, unfaithful, wicked, and every sort of deception was in them and through them as stated in Genesis 6:13. They laughed and scorned Prophet Noah’s warnings.

OH, OH, OH but one day the rubber met the road! After Prophet Noah (his family, the selected male/female animals, fowls of the air, including every creeping thing upon the face of the earth) entered the ARK, the LORD GOD shut the door!  The residents in Noah’s city were looking for safety but they could not find it.

People (all over the world) were crying, sobbing, and hollering and they too were looking for safety but there was no safe place! Just imagine, people were drowned who never heard Prophet Noah’s warnings but they were just as wicked as the people in Noah’s city because the Bible says “…for the earth is filled with violence…”   Was GOD’S judgment right?  YES!

Have you been looking for a safe place? Perhaps, you feel safe because you have money in the bank or safe investments.  Maybe, you’ve paid off your home, auto, made great investments, own an island, but you will never find a safe haven in this world because this world will be destroyed with fire – the next time. All the beautiful clothes, shoes, garments, houses, lands, yachts, automobiles, stamp collections, silver, gold, rubies, diamonds, apartment buildings, real estate, airplanes, fancy/expensive cars, fur coats, and various types of artifacts will be destroyed with fire.

There is only one safe place, PART I: “THE ARK OF SAFETY IS IN CHRIST JESUS!”

Have a Blessed Day!

Worldwide News: “The LORD Speaks in Our EARS!”

The Bible says, “Now the LORD had told Samuel in his EAR a day before Saul came saying, Tomorrow about this time I will send thee a man out of the land of Benjamin, and thou shalt anoint him to be captain over my people Israel, that he may save my people out of the hand of the Philistines for I have looked upon my people because their cry is come unto me.” (I Samuel 9:15-16)

As far as I’m concerned, GOD spoke HIS directives without Google/Yahoo/Chrome who think they have control over the worldwide web! You all know what I’m talking about as we think because we are educated and smart (big joke) that we’ve got all the answers and controls. Not only do the powers that be think they are running this World, you will find little babies and 2-5 year old toddlers (who throw fits to get what they want) supervising their parents. By the time these toddlers reach teen years, they can handle their parents. By 14-17 years old, these teenagers are seasoned manipulators and they know how to trick their parents. These teens say, “I’m going over to Suzy, Mary, and/or Johnny’s house and his mom is there” – instead they go to a house party with beer drinking under age teens. Go ahead, read this Blog, “The LORD Speaks in Our EARS!”

Well the Prophet Samuel received a verbal mandate and commission from the LORD GOD who spoke in his ear, “I will send thee a man…thou shalt anoint him captain over my people Israel…he may save my people…” In this case, Prophet Samuel did not go out to look because God sent Saul to Samuel.

We all know the story about Saul of the Tribe of Benjamin (named after Israel youngest son by Rachel – his favorite wife).  In case you have forgotten, Saul was a good looking young man who stood head and shoulders above all the people in his tribe but this does not make him a devout and godly man. You see, looking good ain’t nothing if you don’t have the LORD in your heart and on your side. You can be the son of the richest man on the earth but if your heart ain’t right with the Lord you on your way to hell. As my Mama use to say, “Youse on your way to hell and glad about it!”

Lost Asses – PROOF – Saul ready to give up the search but his servant is not!

(Saul’s comments):

Saul’s father (Kish) sent his son and one of their servants to look for his lost asses. The search seemed fruitless and Saul was ready to give up because he said, “Come and let us return lest my father leave [his] asses and take thought for us.” (I Samuel 9:5)

(Servant’s comments):

At this time, they were in the land of Zuph and the servant said, “There is in this city a man of God and he is an honorable man; all that he saith cometh surely to pass: now let us go thither; peradventure he can shew us our way that we should go.” (I Samuel 9:6)

(Saul’s comments):

Saul said, “But if we go, what shall we bring the man? For the bread is spent in our vessels, and there is not a present to bring to the man of God. What have we?” (I Samuel 9:7)

(Servant’s comments):

“And the servant answered Saul again, and said, Behold, I have here at hand the fourth part of a shekel of silver that will I give to the man of God, to tell us our way.” (I Samuel 9:8)

Saul’s comments):

At this point, Saul was a willing-worker to seek the Man of God, “Well said, come, let us go. So they sent unto the city where the man of God was.” (I Samuel 9:10)

Not only did Saul’s servant tell Saul about the man of God once but twice. We are not given the name of Saul’s servant but the servant had more spiritual/common sense than Saul (who was destined to be the captain over Israel). What a shame as we would like to know this man’s name! Perhaps, God is showing us Saul’s true character good looking but stupid and faithless. Yet, Saul is God’s choice to be king over the Children of Israel – who were never to be ruled by a man! Instead, GOD himself was the Theocratic ruler over the Children of Israel wanted to be like other nations (who were all heathens).

Like the young Saul, we don’t take heed to good spiritual advice. We have the Word of God, but the Bible sits on the desk or the bookshelf. We only open it when there is a death in the family or the doctor gives us a terrible health report. We refuse to live daily by the Word of God because we use it on an -as-needed-basis.

We need to get to the place where we seek the LORD GOD in prayer for answers and solutions. Instead we seek palm readers, psychic hotlines, and daily astrology predictions for direction. But we should not seek direction from people who contact demons and devils for advice. When we seek out soothsayers and witches, we are gravely insulting the LORD GOD of THE UNIVERSE. Literally, we are putting this nonsense before the LORD GOD who is a jealous GOD who said, “Thou shalt have no other gods before me…”

Here are a few more examples. We want to look like the people on television, we pattern ourselves after famous male/female models, including rock stars. We squeeze our big butts into spandex clothes and mini skirts (trying to look like Twiggy); we dye our hair blond (trying to look like Marilyn Monroe); and comedians imitate celebrities and politicians on stage (as they draw huge money paying crowds to see their performance).

Furthermore, we do so many things to imitate other people. But is this correct? Certainly, its wonderful to be inspired by others but make sure it’s for the right reason(s) and it falls under Biblical principles. Ask yourself, “Is this what JESUS wants me to do or be?” “Is this what JESUS wants me to look like?” Is this what JESUS wants me to do with my body, my eyes, my mouth, my fingers, my thoughts, my ways, my feet, or whatever?

Finally, we need to go to the HOUSE of GOD, listen to the Preacher, obey the W0RD of GOD, read the BIBLE, and live it for others to see it. Furthermore, the JESUS said, “HE THAT HATH AN EAR, LET HIM HEAR WHAT THE SPIRIT SAITH UNTO THE CHURCHES.” (Revelation 2:29)  Remember this Blog, “The LORD speaks in Our Ears!”

Worldwide News: “TAKE HEED!”

The Bible says, “Take ye therefore good heed into ourselves….Lest ye corrupt yourselves…” (Deuteronomy 4:15-16)   Please read on,  “TAKE HEED!”

God chose Prophet Moses to lead the Children of Israel out of Egypt into the Promise Land. But Moses made a few mistakes and his biggest mistake was that he did not speak to the rock for water! Instead, Moses hit the rock with his rod and that rock was JESUS.

By his own admission, Moses said, “Furthermore the Lord was angry with me for your sakes, and sware that I should not go over Jordan, and that I should not go in unto that good land, which the Lord thy God giveth thee for an inheritance: But I must die in this land…” (Genesis 4:21-22)

Well now, we take heed to pay the butcher, baker, and the candle stick maker. If the light bill is not paid, the service company will cut it off…if the water bill is not paid, the service company will cut off …if the gas bill is not paid, the service company will cut it off…if the insurance bill is not paid, the policy will be cancelled. This does not mean that we will die because the water bill is not paid, it simply means we will not have water service but eventually, we DO NOT WATER to survive.

However, the LORD GOD wants us to “take heed to his commandments and covenants.” Instead, we are a disrespectful and sinful nation because we practice our own laws based upon our will, needs, and lust.  Many people operate in the name of self-preservation. Do you think that’s right?

In case you’ve forgotten the Commandments of the LORD GOD are as follows in Exodus 20:1-17:

I am the Lord thy God: Thou shalt have no other gods before.

Thou shall not take the Lord’s name in vain.

Thou shall keep holy the Sabbath day.

Honor thy father and thy mother.

Thou shall not kill.

Thou shall not commit adultery.

Thou shall not steal.

Thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor.

Thou shall not covet thy neighbor’s wife.

Thou shall not covet thy neighbor’s manservant, maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor anything that is thy neighbor’s.

Often, we want to blame others for our mistakes and fallacies but we are ultimately responsible for our own mistakes. If the fallen angels in Heaven are subject to punishment, we are no different and we too will give an account of our sins on “Judgment Day.”

Remember, keep the covenants of the LORD GOD and you will live well or rather “…row well on the sea of humanity…” If you fail to keep GOD’s Word, you will be lost and you don’t want that plague upon you.

Have a Blessed Day!
