YOUR WHOLE DUTY IS…

Let’s look at GOD’s Word.  According to King Solomon (the wisest king and preacher of men) said, “Let us  hear the conclusion of the whole matter:  Fear God and keep his commandments for this is the whole duty of man.  For God shall bring every work into judgment with every secret thing whether it be good, or whether it be evil.”  (Ecclesiastes 12:13)  No matter what continent you live on, the color of your skin, your height or weight, etc…NOW YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DUTY IS.   

Yesterday, I saw a commercial that said it matters very little what’s on the inside of you because the outside is more important!  Don’t believe it!  Again, the Bible states,  “Keep thy heart with all diligence for out of it [flows] are the issues of life…Put away from thee a froward mouth and perverse lips put far from thee.  Let thine eyeslids look straight before thee.  Ponder the path of thy feet and let all thy ways be established.  Turn not to the right hand nor to the left:  remove thy foot from evil.”  (Proverbs 4:23-27)    You may look like Chuckie Cheese but it matters not to God!  Chuck can run away with all the cheese and it still matters not to God!  In fact, God does not look at your cheese, car, house, job, clothes, shoes, socks, etc.   GOD LOOKS AT YOUR HEART!  For this reason, the Bible tells us to examine ourselves.  Don’t look at your neighbor just look at yourself.  No body knows better than you the areas needing improvement in your life.  The Lord GOD is waiting for you (all of us) to ask Him for help but it may take some time.  LIFE IS A TEST!  Your trials are a test to see if you will trust and believe in the Lord GOD.

Many people all over the world are suffering because they trusted in material things.  They refused to believe and to trust in the Lord GOD!  Rather, they misplaced their trust in jobs, homes, people, cars, trucks, finances, boats, airplanes, investments, education, degrees, looks, riches, weapons of warfare, etc.  Many people let us down and the Bible says, “Do not put your trust in man for he will surely fail you.”   Deuteronomy 31:6 states, “Be strong and of a good courage,  fear not, nor be afraid of them:  for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.”   Psalm 91:14-15 states, “Because he [YOU] hath set his love upon me…He [YOU]  shall call upon me and I will answer him:  I will be with him in trouble: I will deliver him, and honor him.”   

When bad things happen to us, for instance, we loose the  job, cars, homes,  or sickness comes upon us  we become devastated, crazy, depressed, despondent, unruly, refused to shave or take a bath, withdraw from our family, loved ones, and friends.  Instead of getting better we get worse than the man living under the bridge and stanking in his soiled pants.  At the height of our rage, we blaspheme God and say, “There is no God…No body loves me….Life is not fair…I’m gonna hurt somebody…It’s my brother’s fault…It’s my mama and daddy’s fault…I missed passing the examination by a few points.”  Whatever!  SIN IS THE BLAME AND LEAVE IT AT  THAT! Move on from your mistakes. 

Ask the Lord God to forgive you and ask Him to give you wisdom, knowledge, and understanding.  God will take you from the gutter and set you up on high.  God not a man that He should lie to you!    Futhermore, God is merciful, compassionate, faithful, and just to forgive you…JUST ASK HIM!  Man’s extremity is God’s opportunity! 

GOD LOVES YOU AND HE WANTS TO BE FIRST IN YOUR LIFE!  Our God is a jealous God.  Exodus 20:5  states,  “…I the Lord thy God am a jealous God…”   Don’t put nothing before the Lord not even your favorite sandwich or beverage.  Say within yourself,  if the Lord says this or that I am pleased to eat this bread and drink this beverage; and if it pleases the Lord, we shall go here or there on such and such a day.   

Finally, we are told, “Wisdom is the principal thing: therefore get wisdom and with all thy getting get understanding.  Exalt her and she shall promote thee:  she shall bring thee to honor when thou doest embrace her.  She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace; a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.  Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings and the years of thy life shall be many. I have taught thee in the way of wisdom; I have led thee in right paths.  When thou goest thy steps shall not be straitened; and when thou runnest thou shalt not stumble.  Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go:  keep her for she is thy life.  Enter not into the path of the wicked and go not in the way of evil men.  Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away.  For they sleep not, except they have done mischief and their sleep is taken away, unless they cause some to fall.  For they eat the bread of wickedness and drink the wine of violence.  But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.”   (Proverts 4:7-18)

HERE IS AN ASSIGNMENT FOR YOU BELIEVERS!

After I wrote the previous blog, I heard the Lord say put this up on the web! 

PRAISE HIM!  He wants you to walk around inside your living quarters (three or more times), lifting up your voice and clap your hands, bless your home, car, finances, body, life, people around you, work, family, neighbors, and even the mean and hateful people surrounding you!  GIVE PRAISE, HONOR, AND THE GLORY TO THE KING OF KINGS!  

From the moment you accepted JESUS as LORD, He blessed you in Heavenly and Earthly places….places you ain’t even seen yet!  BABY, your blessings are coming.  Everything you’ve asked the Lord to do is already being done.  SHOUT AND LIFT UP YOUR VOICE TO HEAVEN.  The Word says that when praises go up…BLESSINGS COME DOWN! 

This message is for all of you followers of Christ!   The Lord stationed an assigned angel around you to keep your feet from falling.  Thus, you ain’t got to fall (unless you want to).  Listen to the holy voice that is speaking within you!  As a matter of fact, the evil voice will try to override the holy voice.  Push the evil one out of your head no matter how badly you may be feeling about someone or something! 

In fact, I suffer greatly and I walk around (within my Jerusalem) crying, asking for vindication, and praising the Lord at the same time!  I tell JESUS that this person did thus and thus to me and let her/his TEETH FALL OUT OF HIS MOUTH…GIVE HIM A TERRIBLE  BODY ICH…LET HIS HAIR FALL OUT IN LUMPS…DON’T LET HIM SLEEP AT NIGHT…GIVE HIM NIGHTMARES…and LET HIS FOOD SOUR IN HIS BELLY!  Why?  Vengeance belongs to the Lord.  I cannot repay the evil people do (neither can you), but the LORD knows how to pay them back.  Remember He said,  “A thousand may fall at thy side and ten thousand may fall at your right hand but it shall not come night thee.  Only with thine eyes shalt thou see the reward of the wicked. Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge even the Most High, thy habitation…”  (Psalm 91:7-8)  

NOW YOU CAN SHOUT ALL THROUGH YOUR KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, LIVING ROOM, BED ROOM, BROOM CLOSET, BASEMENT, BACK YARD, BATH ROOM, OR GARAGE!   Victory in Christ is yours!    So put your broom back in the closet you will not need it except when you beat the devil!

God has already given you the POWER to overcome the evil in this world!  Remember, He prayed  “…keep them from the evil that is in this world…”   

HE LIVES!

Lay aside all of the let downs, dead weights, and hinderances in your life.   If you ask the LORD  for help, He will freely give it to you.  GOD IS NOT PREJUDICE!  Don’t let your color, weight, height, size, education or lack of education, loss of job (home or family), people, sickness, or bad tidings keep you from the LORD!  Get up off your fanny and stop feeling sorry for yourself.  You are insulting the Lord who said, “Ask, seek and knock and the door will be opened unto you!”  Somehow, the Lord will make a way…..if you believe!    DO YOU HEAR ME, THE LORD WILL MAKE A WAY!  HE WILL MAKE A WAY OUT OF NO WAY!   Stop listening to the derrogative voices in your head and/or the ungodly advice others are giving you!  If they had the right receipe for life, they would not be sitting next to you telling you bad things!

The Lord does not want wimps.  He wants you to be on-fire for Him.   HE DOES NOT WANT LUKEWARM CHRISTIANS!   So, don’t dilly-dally with the Lord.   THE LORD IS ALIVE, WELL, ABLE,  AND MAKING INTERCESSION (24/7) FOR YOU AT THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF GOD! 

JESUS AIN’T IN THE MANGER!

With everything happening concerning jobless, foreclosures, health issues, etc., we need to call on JESUS for help!  He is not that little baby in the manger!  HE IS SITTING ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF GOD MAKING INTERCESSION FOR US!  Call Him up and tell Him what you want!  May the Lord bless you and keep you safe during these holidays! 

Psalm 91 states, “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.  He is my refuge and my fortress.  My God in Him I will trust.  Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence.  He shall cover you with His feathers and under His wings you shall take refuge.  His truth shall be your shield and buckler.  You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day.  Nor of the pestilence that walks  in darkness, nor of ht edestruction that lays waste at noonday.  A thousand may fall at your side and ten thousand may fall at your right hand; but it shall not come near you.  Only with your eyes shall you look and see the reward of the wicked.  Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, even the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall befall you, nor shall any plage come near your dwelling. For He shall give His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways.  In their hands, they shall bear you up, lest you dash your foot against a stone.  You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra, the young lion and the serpent you shall trample under foot. [God said] Because he has set his love upon me, therefore I will deliver Him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name.  He shall call upon Me and I will answer him; I will be with him in TROUBLE; I will deliver him and honor him.  With long life I will satisfy him and show him My salvation.”  

 

GET SIGNED UP RIGHT NOW!

Never mind invitations to the French Riveria, Oprah, Jerry Springer, reality shows, or Hollywood because you’ve been invited to a feast that will never end.  Good times will last forever!  It is the Marriage Supper with the LAMB OF GOD, Jesus Christ!   

Guess what?  No, it does not have anything to do with Guess jeans or products.  All of you (sinners included) have been invited.  Don’t let anybody fool you or hide your invitation.  All invites were sent out BEFORE the foundation of the WORLD!  

LOOK INSIDE THE MAILBOX OF YOUR HEART!
