Worldwide News: “ONE SHEPHERD AND ONE FOLD!”

JESUS said, “I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth His life for the sheep. As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep. AND OTHER SHEEP I HAVE, WHICH ARE NOT OF THIS FOLD: THEM ALSO I MUST BRING,   AND THEY SHALL HEAR MY VOICE AND THERE SHALL BE ONE FOLD, AND ONE SHEPHERD.”  (John 10:11, 15-16)

Frankly, I have visited several   black and white churches and I wonder why many churches are still segregated so I turned the the WORD OF GOD for answers.  This is the problem – the sheep aint listening to the GOOD SHEPHERD!

BRING IT DOWN ON HOME:

When I walk into any church, I am not black or white – I AM A CHRISTIAN WOMAN!  More importantly, I assemble myself in my FATHER’S house to worship HIM and to give HIM all the glory, honor, and praise because it belongs to HIM. It does not matter if the music is soft,  quiet, reserved, lyrical, high praise and worship (with soaring guitars, brass instruments, drums, electric keyboards, organs), or folks are shouting or running up and down the aisles (i.e., king David danced before the Lord). Is there anything wrong with dancing/shouting before the LORD GOD? The saints are supposed to Praise the LORD! One day we’re gonna do this throughout eternity. Get ready and practice  – just like you do at parties, clubs, or on the dance floor when you do the electric slide or the wobble.

They that that worship the LORD must worship in spirit and in truth! By the way, my FATHER is neither black or white – HE IS A SPIRIT!  HE IS THE GOOD SHEPHERD AND THERE IS ONLY ONE FOLD – and the fold ain’t black or white!   If there is ONE GOOD SHEPHERD AND ONE FOLD, why are our churches segregated? How many white Christians dare to worship in an all black church and how many black Christians dare to worship in an all white church? They don’t feel comfortable unless they’ve been invited by a co-worker, neighbor, or close friend to a special event which makes attendance very easy. Neither of the races feel confident (unless they are free from fear or prejudice) enough to fellowship in an all black or white church. Why? The reason is simple the fear of being rejected. However, you will find a few tokens of both races sprinkled in segregated churches. The majority of these folks are extremely comfortable because they have mixed a lifetime with the opposite race. Literally, there are some white folks who are white outward and inwardly they are black. Likewise, there are black folks who are black on the outside and inwardly they are white – oreos!  More and more, there are mixed racial marriages and blended families who fit in anywhere.

This message is for all Christians who are walking in masked faith!  What is “masked faith?”  You are one thang on the outside and another thang on the inside. You may call it being a lukewarm Christian or a hypocrite! The Lord said, “Because you are lukewarm neither hot nor cold- I will spit you out of my mouth.” (Revelation 3:16)

By the way, lukewarm Christians come in two shades – black and white!  The Word tells us to lay down every weapon and every hindrance to run this race for the LORD! Are you looking for true salvation and to serve HIM in spirit and in truth? You say that you love the LORD. You say that JESUS saved you but you don’t want to sit next to a white or black people in church! You say that you are filled with the HOLY GHOST (i.e. evidenced by speaking in an unknown tongue) but your salvation is limited to certain people and particular styles of worship.

My question is: Have you spoken in an unknown tongue?  If not, search the Scriptures as you will find truth.  Search your own heart, mind, and soul. How do you react to certain visitors on Sunday mornings? Are you willing to sit on the same row with outsiders or do you move back two rows in protest? Do you get out of your comfort zone to shake hands or do you shake hands with the same old persons each Sunday morning? Do you smile or mutter something under your breath about folk you dislike or find offensive? Do you dislike what you see? Do you text your friend on the next row negative things about certain visitors? Do you dislike other folk taste in clothes, jewelry, or hats? Do you prefer to see women dressed in mini skirts, tight jeans, torn leggings (showing bare flesh), and boots over the knee caps?  Are you in church because your wife, husband, daddy, or mama bade you come to church? My question is do you leave the church like you arrived – full of the same hatred, stereotype attitude, and unwillingness to make a change?

When JESUS appears in the air, all the graves will open (as recorded), every knee will bow down and every tongue will confess that JESUS IS LORD! Folk will be running (this way, that way, hiding in caves, and begging the rocks to fall down on them), foaming at the mouth, weeping, and gnashing of teeth (Matthew 8:12 and Luke 13:28), and crying out for salvation but it will be too late! If you are ashamed to confess JESUS and/or worship HIM before others, HE will be ashamed of you on that great day before HIS FATHER! You will not be included in the Rapture but you will be left behind and the problems you will encounter are beyond your comprehension and imagination.

Certainly, this Blog does not apply to everybody but most Christians are living behind a mask, playing it safe, and being politically correct. Sorry folks, this will not do! If you want to make it to Heaven,  you must become one of the LORD’s sheep.  You best start listening to HIM! Don’t wait till you get up yonder because you might not make it up yonder! Get started down here on earth by worshiping and accepting all Christians as they are your spiritual brothers and sisters in CHRIST JESUS!

Do not get besides yourself because they have torn leggings or big hats with stones on them. Don’t get mad (directly insulting them to their face) because they wear bright colors (even if  bright colors hurt your eyes).  Don’t get mad because their hair is curly or kinky. Don’t be upset if their hair is straight (like yours).  Don’t get upset if they shout aloud and dance in the aisles because the Lord could have healed them from some terrible disease. Don’t get besides yourself because you are refined and quiet in church because you do cut the rug at the Falcons or Raiders game.  You drink tons of beer, jump up and down, shout,  and throw peanuts.  Don’t forget your negative ways –  you search the internet for porno sites late nights! Make a devout change and repent to the LORD. Don’t judge others as there is only one judge – GOD THE FATHER! Break out of your masks and lay aside every weight and hindrance.  There is only   “ONE SHEPHERD AND ONE FOLD!”

Have a Blessed Day!

Worldwide News: “No Matter what – TRUST IN THE LORD!”

The Bible says, “Trust in the LORD GOD at all times ye people, pour out your heart before HIM: GOD is a refuge for us. Selah.” (Psalm 62:8)

BRING IT DOWN ON HOME:

Every one of you have encountered manifold problems and/or circumstances which threw a monkey wrench into your path. Never mind the problems as the enemy will make darn sure you have several bad days in a row and a terrible new year. Maybe you got up this morning feeling great but somebody called you with bad news or the car battery died  or the washing machine stopped working or you slipped down the stairs and broke your leg.  At this moment, you don’t feel like trusting in the LORD because you feel that HE doesn’t care about you!   Too many many many bad things happened in 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, and so on. Maybe you never completely recovered from the loss of a loved one or from financial disasters. Maybe you’re still paying for Christmas gifts from 2012 as you over indulged.

Honey, you are wrong to doubt the LORD! Not only do you feel down and out, we all have good and bad days. There ain’t a soul on this earth who are not suffering from one thing or another. Just ask king David as his daughter (Tamar) was raped by her half-brother, Ammon. One minute Ammon was madly in love with his sister (they had different Mothers but the same Father) and the next minute he hated her! Next, Absalom (Tamar’s older brother) ordered his servants to kill Ammon. Then, king David refused to execute Absalom and banished him. During Absalom’s exile, he stirred up trouble for king David.  Absalom banned distraught men and women against his own Father.  Eventually, Absalom took over the king’s palace and had sex with the king’s concubines (left at the palace to look after things). You see, king David (refusing to fight Absalom) fled from his own palace.

Talk about trouble!  In fact, GOD told king David that the sword would never, never leave his house. As you know, king David slept with Bathsheba (who was married to Uriah the Hittite) and ordered the death of Uriah!  Shortly afterwards, Bathsheba lost her firstborn!  What a shame!  Whatever the situation is and/or the dEVIL’s plight against you and yours, there is hope and that hope is in CHRIST JESUS.

According to David’s Psalm 62, there are sevenfold reasons to trust in the LORD GOD:

(1) GOD IS OUR ROCK

(2) GOD IS OUR SALVATION

(3) GOD IS OUR DEFENSE

(4) GOD IS OUR EXPECTATION

(5) GOD IS OUR GLORY

(6) GOD IS THE ROCK OF OUR STRENGTH

(7) GOD IS OUR REFUGE.

Take all the time to meditate on Psalm 62!  Like David, allow your soul to wait upon the LORD GOD. Why worry about tomorrow because you cannot fix things!  Do not take matters into your own hands. There is only one Judge – THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY. Folks may have done you wrong, but there is only ONE who can repay them for sins committed against you!

David said, “Surely men of low degree are vanity and men of high degree are a lie.” (Psalm 62:9) How many men do you know even tell the truth? How many men of low degree talk in vanity and/or out the side of their necks – trying to impress folks! Another Scripture says, “Put not your trust in man because he will SURELY fail you.” Ladies, stop listening to these casanovas as they have seducing spirits and they quickly forget who they seduced from one night to the next!  Men, stop listening to these Jezebels because they only want a new pair of Michael Kors’ shoes and matching  handbags. If they sweet talk and hustle enough men, they will have a complete selection.  But, are they faithful?  Do they cook?  Do they keep a clean house?  Do they work?  As David said, “Wait on the LORD as your expectation is from HIM.” (Psalm 62:5) If you don’t get anything out of this Blog, put this one thought in your head, “No Matter What – TRUST IN THE LORD!”

Happy New Year!
